Coy had a food show in Destin last week, so we decided since it was our 16th Anniversary and Mother's Day we would splurge a bit and head out for a mini-vacation. The kids and I skipped school and work Friday and drove up to meet Coy. We stayed at the Hilton Sandestin Resort and really had a wonderful time just hanging together.
