Daddy Daughter Dance

Laine's Dance Company hosted a "Daddy Daughter Dance" for Valentine's Day. It was very sweet but Laine did not quite understand. She did not know about her Daddy getting up on stage to dance?? I had to explain to her that it was like Cinderella going to the ball except she was the princess and Daddy was her prince. Once she understood, she was very excited.

Daddy rang the door bell and presented his princess with a beautiful corsage and off they went to pick Lyle and his princess, Kylie.

At the dance Laine met a few of her girlfriends and wanted nothing to do with her Daddy during the fast dances but would come back around when a slow song came on. They had a memorable evening.
